Seperti halnya seri Windos Phone Phone 8X, HTC juga telah merilis ponsel Windows Phone 8 yang lain yaitu
HTC Windows Phone 8S.
HTC Windows Phone 8S ini memiliki layar S-LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16 juta warna, resolusi 480 x 800 pixels, ukuran 4 inci (~233 ppi pixel density), Multitouch dan layar ini telah dilindungi Corning Gorilla Glass.
Ponsel ini berdimensi 120.5 x 63 x 10.3 mm danberat 113 g. Media simpannya sebesar 4 GB, 512 MB RAM dan memori eksternal berupa slot microSD yang dapat diperluas hingga 32 GB.
HTC Windows Phone 8S berjalan dengan sistem operasi Microsoft Windows Phone 8, didukung prosesor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual core 1 GHz Krait dan GPU Adreno 305.
Selain itu HTC Windows Phone juga dibekali kamera sebesar 5 MP, yang dapat merekam video 720p@30fps.
